I've decided to put some of my sushi leftovers to use again. From the pantry I pulled out my long forgotten seaweed wrappers. And from the refrigerator: a carrot, cucumber, and some fresh fish. Since it's fresh, make sure it's good fish because you will taste the fish. So, the better the fish = the better the sushi.
my seaweed wrappers (they don't have much of a taste, just a little salty)
For a veggie sushi wrap: spread some brown rice on the bottom, layer some thinly sliced carrots and cucumber (or whatever veggies you have)
...roll..
For a real sushi wrap: spread the rice thinly, add thin sliced veggies, cut small pieces of raw fish and line down the center
Yeah, for sushi!
